Organizing a workplace event such as a fun run, "amazing race" style event, cooking competition or similar is a great way to initiate teamwork between colleagues.

 

This is a great way for colleagues who are in different departments or areas of the office that may not have interacted much or worked together to learn a bit more about each other and work together.
